Brain Guardians is a superhero-themed educational platform created by Blake Newsom to help children learn about their thoughts, emotions, and everyday habits in a fun and engaging way.
Kids become "Guardians" of their own minds, learning how to recognize different thoughts, understand their feelings, and practice positive thinking skills through interactive stories, characters, and activities.
Using superhero adventures and challenges, children are encouraged to build helpful habits such as positive thinking, emotional awareness, confidence, self-expression, problem-solving, and resilience.

Creator Background
Created by Blake Newsom, who holds a master's degree in applied behavior analysis with a specialization in neuropsychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology.
